  1. My favorite thing about Valentine’s Day question surprised me since we didn’t even get all the way to Thanksgiving yet, tee hee! BUT, that’s ok, fitting even, because as much as I DO love Valentine’s Day and my husband does too and we do celebrate it, we always say and truly mean, that to us, our Valentine’s Day is every day getting to be with our soulmates/BFF’s, love of our lives! We didn’t even believe in soulmates until we met one another, but now we both do. Even though we go on dates once or a couple of times each weekend and are lovey daily, we do enjoy making a big deal out of celebrating one another and our love on Valentine’s day, sometimes it is something low key and local, but still special and once in a while it is a bigger deal like a weekend trip. Either way, we always have fun where ever we go and whatever we do as long as we are together.
We also enjoy sharing extra special lovies with our 5 adult kids and parents and other closest loved ones and our little grandson for Valentine’s Day too. We don’t think it is JUST about couples!

  2. My favorite thing about Thanksgiving is that Me, My husband, as many of our 5 adult kids as are able to and their significant others and our grandson all go on road trips up to Northern Michigan to stay with my parents who live there, on the lake, in the woods and we have so much fun visiting and playing silly, funny games and laughing a LOT until our faces & tummies ache. haha. Then we all attend a HUGE Thanksgiving potluck dinner at a rented hall there, with lots of extended family we usually only get to see on Thanksgiving each year so it’s so extra sentimental and special and everyone always has such a wonderful time and the food is over the top amazing and since there are so many relatives in attendance and it’s a potluck the variety and options are exceptional too!

  3. My favorite thing about Thanksgiving is the family all getting together. Its always fun and I love to hear stories of things that are going on in everyone’s lives and stories from the past!
